Refund Policy
When you are entitled to money back, stated plainly.
Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started on a milestone, that milestone is refunded in full. There is no cancellation charge.
During a milestone
If you cancel while a milestone is in progress, you are charged for the work genuinely completed to that point and refunded the balance. We will show you the completed work so you can see what you are paying for.
If the work is not right
Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope. If, after a reasonable revision process, the deliverable still does not meet the written scope, you may request reassignment to a different team at no cost, or a refund of that milestone.
What is not refundable
Costs already paid to third parties on your behalf — ISBN registrations, ARC and promotion site placements, advertising spend already delivered, narrator session fees, stock licences — cannot be recovered once committed. We always tell you before committing such costs.
Results
Refunds are not available on the basis of sales performance, review counts or ranking. We sell the work, not an outcome no honest publisher can promise.
Making a claim
Email hello@amazopublishers.com with your project reference and what went wrong. We respond within five business days and settle approved refunds within fourteen.
