Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote for and deliver your project: your name, email address, telephone number where you provide one, and the manuscript or material you send us. Enquiry forms on this site collect a name, an email address, an optional phone number and your message.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to produce and deliver the work you commission, and to invoice you. We contact you about your own project. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your manuscript with anyone outside the team assigned to your project. We do not use your manuscript to train machine learning models, and we do not license it to anyone who does.

Retention

Project files are retained for two years after completion so we can help with reprints, corrections and new editions. You may ask us to delete them sooner and we will, subject to the records we are legally required to keep for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@amazopublishers.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising. Both set cookies and report your visit to those companies, who may use it to build an advertising profile of you. Neither one receives your manuscript or anything you type into a form.

You can stop both with any standard tracker-blocking extension, or by using your browser’s private mode. Google explains its own opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and your Meta ad preferences are at facebook.com/adpreferences.
